"The Toolkit is a very useful course for meeting like-minded people and engaging with the issue of sustainability in a very practical and meaningful way"
Who is this programme for?
You are someone ‘in transition’. You have experienced the world of work, but you are looking to make your life and work more ‘worthwhile’. You are looking for practical guidance and ideas to make your life and work more sustainable, to understand systems thinking and its relevance to sustainability. You would like to do this with a group of like-minded peers.
What you also need is useful knowledge – about different perspectives, about sustainability, about how you learn, about how groups work, about systems thinking and what this really means. And you need skills - in communicating, in confidently leading and managing a project, in how to find and draw on evidence, in how to evaluate this evidence, and then to use it to intervene to create change, in yourself and in others. You need these things so that, by the end of this programme, you are confident, sought after, taken seriously, clear about where you are heading and how to get there, supported by your network.
